Johnroe Guray is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience across consulting, marketing and sales, business development, IT project management, and operations. His career journey started in 1999 as a Political Affairs Officer III at the Philippine House of Representatives. Over the years, he has held leadership roles in industry-leading global organizations, specializing in digital transformation, revenue growth, and strategic business planning.
Before founding 3Rivers Global LLC, Johnroe’s notable roles included Co-Founder of Sparkle Clean Services LLC, Managed Services Lead at Cisco Systems Inc., Founder of Three Rivers Management Solutions Inc., Vice President of Operations at TeleDevelopment Services Inc., and Head of SME Channel Management at PLDT Inc. In recognition of his leadership and strategic insights, Johnroe was appointed Chief Visionary Officer of the Caribbean-ASEAN Council in 2018.
Johnroe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from De La Salle University-Manila, where he also served as President of the University Student Council. In 2012, he completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management, and in 2024, he became a Certified Business Consultant through the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights. Furthering his expertise, he earned certifications in Digital Business Transformation Management and Artificial Intelligence in Digital Transformation from CXO Transform.
Dedicated to both his career and family, Johnroe is married with three children. In his free time, he enjoys reading and watching movies. He combines his professional drive with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
